  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs together in a mixing bowl. Add the cottage cheese, cheddar, bell peppers, and green onions.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
  4. Grease the baking dish with olive oil.
