Delicious and healthy crispy cottage cheese chips, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (like Parmesan or cheddar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: spices like paprika or chili powder for extra flavor
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, grated cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprayed lightly with cooking oil.
  4. Form spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Cool slightly before enjoying your healthy snack.

Notes

Best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For added flavor, try different spices!
