Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients in your kitchen—coconut milk, banana, spinach if you’re feeling extra green, honey or maple syrup, ice, and pineapple or mango.
  2. Combine the coconut milk, banana, spinach (if using), honey or maple syrup, ice, and your choice of pineapple or mango in a blender.
  3. Blend everything together until you achieve a silky-smooth consistency.
  4. Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed.
  5. Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy the refreshing flavor.

Notes
