Delightful no-bake dessert bites combining rich chocolate and sweet coconut, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Add the melted chocolate into the coconut mixture and stir until well coated.
  4. Form small balls from the mixture using a scoop or your hands.
  5. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate the bites for at least an hour to set.
