A festive dessert combining tart cranberries, sweet marshmallows, and creamy whipped cream, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cranberries and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cranberry mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and mix gently.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Garnish with additional cranberries or pecans for a festive touch. This dessert can be made a day in advance.
