A no-bake, creamy dessert that layers chocolate wafer cookies with a rich pudding mixture, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package chocolate wafer cookies
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding in a large bowl by whisking together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Layer the chocolate wafer cookies and pudding mixture in a rectangular dish, starting and ending with cookies.
  4. Chill the cake by covering and refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator, well covered, for up to 3 days. For added flavor, try adding layers of fresh fruit between the layers.
