Ingredients

  • Caramel (store-bought or homemade)
  • Nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, your choice!)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt your chocolate until it’s completely smooth and glossy.
  2. Stir Until Smooth: Once the chocolate is melted, give it a good stir until silky.
  3. Prepare the Caramel: In a separate bowl, prepare your caramel according to the package instructions or make your own.
  4. Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Dip the Nuts in Chocolate: Dip each nut into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
  6. Arrange on Parchment: Place the chocolate-covered nuts on the prepared parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with Caramel: Drizzle warm caramel over the chocolate-covered nuts.
  8. Add Optional Toppings: Sprinkle your choice of sprinkles over the caramel.
  9. Cool and Set: Allow the bites to cool and set completely for about 30 minutes.
