  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
