A creamy and comforting Chicken Penne Pasta dish enriched with crispy bacon, perfect for busy weeknights or special gatherings.

  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked penne pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet.
  6. Mix until well combined and heated through, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For added depth, toss in sautéed mushrooms or spinach. For a lighter version, replace heavy cream with cashew cream.
