  • 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup salsa verde
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a mixing bowl or freezer bag, combine the chicken breasts with salsa verde, ground cumin, kosher salt, and black pepper. Massage until well-coated and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Cook the chicken: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Place the marinated chicken on it, cooking until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), about 5-7 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
