A hearty and comforting chicken and vegetable bake that brings the family together. This nostalgic dish is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, cubed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers)
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cubed chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Add breadcrumbs and shredded cheese on top, if desired.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
