  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Diced tomato
  • Thinly sliced red onion

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook chicken breast in remaining bacon grease until golden brown and cooked through (6-8 minutes per side). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Crumble the bacon and mix ranch seasoning with water.
  4. On a tortilla, spread the mayo-sour cream mixture; layer chicken, cheeses, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  5. Fold sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Crisp the wrap seam-side down in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
