  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until they resemble wet sand. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool, and top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate before serving.
