Delightful strawberries filled with a creamy cheesecake filling and rolled in crunchy graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

  • 12 Fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and hulling them, creating a small opening for cheesecake filling.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stuff the hollowed strawberries generously with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Coat the stuffed strawberries in graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Chill the strawberries in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in lemon juice or zest into the filling. Mini chocolate chips can be added for a chocolatey twist.
