Delicious and nostalgic cheeseburger sliders nestled in fluffy Hawaiian rolls, perfect for gatherings and comfort food cravings.

Ingredients

  • 8 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 8 Cheese slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Ketchup to taste
  • Mustard to taste
  • Pickle slices
  • Onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the ground beef generously with salt and pepper. Mix well and form into small patties.
  3. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Melt the cheese on top of the patties in the last minute of cooking.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves into a baking dish.
  6. Assemble the sliders with cooked patties, condiments, pickle slices, and onion if desired.
  7. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes until warm and slightly toasted.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
