A healthier alternative to traditional pizza, this cauliflower crust pizza is delicious, satisfying, and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of choice (e.g., marinara sauce, vegetables, more cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or a box grater, then microwave for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture using a cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Mix the grated cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Form the mixture into a round crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
  7. Add toppings of choice and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure to squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the cauliflower for the crispiest crust.
