  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

  2. Whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s thoroughly coated.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through.
  5. Mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter in a separate bowl.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
  7. Return the coated cauliflower to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, double-dip the cauliflower in the batter. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
