Deliciously satisfying meatballs made with ground beef and creamy ricotta, perfect for family dinners or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, ricotta cheese, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl; mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in size, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned on the outside.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for moist meatballs without excessive fat. Don’t overmix to keep them tender.
