  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet and brush the garlic oil evenly over each.
