Easy and fun California Roll Bowls that capture the flavors of sushi without the need for rolling techniques, featuring fresh ingredients layered beautifully.

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 4 nori sheets
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat
  • Soy sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Mix the cooled rice with rice vinegar.
  3. Chop the cucumber and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Cut the nori sheets into strips.
