  • Boiled eggs
  • Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the boiling liquid by bringing water to a boil and adding salt, Cajun seasoning, garlic, and onion.
  2. Add the crab legs and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they turn vibrant red.
  3. Boil the eggs in another pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cool the eggs in cold water after boiling to ease peeling.
  5. Drain the cooked crab and transfer it to a serving platter.
  6. Peel the cooled eggs and arrange them with the crab.
  7. Add melted butter and sprinkle additional Cajun seasoning before serving.
  8. Serve with fresh lemon wedges for a burst of acidity.
