  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 12 ounces cooked fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter, then sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine into the sauce, coating it well.
  7. Add in the cooked Cajun chicken until everything is evenly combined.
  8. Serve the Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo immediately, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
