A delightful mix of creamy burrata on golden toasted baguette topped with fresh tomatoes and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette
  • 8 oz Creamy burrata cheese
  • 2 Fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the slices with olive oil.
  4. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
  5. Prepare the tomato mixture by combining diced tomatoes, chopped basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Remove the baguette slices from the oven and top each slice with a spoonful of the tomato mixture.
  7. Add a piece of burrata cheese on top of each toast.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
