Vibrant burger bowls encapsulating everything we love about burgers, presented in a fresh and fun way.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce or your favorite sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Don’t forget to season it with salt and pepper!
  2. Prepare the Base of Mixed Greens: While the beef is cooking, take a bowl and prepare your mixed greens as the base.
  3. Layer the Cooked Ground Beef: Once your ground beef is beautifully browned, layer it on top of the greens.
  4. Add the Fresh Veggies: Now it’s time to arrange the cherry tomatoes, pickles, and diced onions over the beef.
  5. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, letting it melt slightly.
  6. Drizzle with Barbecue Sauce: Finally, give your burger bowl a generous drizzle of barbecue sauce.

Notes

Customize with additional toppings if desired. Pairs well with sweet potato fries or coleslaw.
