A delightful, crispy, and spicy twist on classic buffalo wings, made entirely from cauliflower and coated in a rich buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
  6. Bake again for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly dust the cauliflower with cornstarch before dipping. Experiment with different sauces for variation.
