Crispy, healthier twist on classic buffalo wings made with cauliflower, perfect for game days and parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, water, salt, and pepper to create a smooth batter.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing the excess to drip off before placing them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Mix the buffalo sauce with olive oil in a separate bowl.
  6. Toss the cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated, then bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve these wings hot as an appetizer or snack.

Notes

Serve with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch or blue cheese.
