Crispy and spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a healthier alternative to chicken wings, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until the batter is smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting excess drip off.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Combine the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil in a separate bowl. Toss to coat.
  7. Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute flour with chickpea flour or gluten-free flour blend. Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
