Delicious crescent rolls stuffed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese, perfect for any breakfast occasion.

  • Pillsbury Crescent Roll dough
  • 4 Eggs
  • 6 strips Bacon
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the Crescent Roll package instructions.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain it on a paper towel and crumble.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, seasoning them with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Unroll the Crescent Roll dough and separate it into triangles carefully.
  5. Place a generous spoonful of scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll the dough from the wide end toward the point, enclosing all the delicious filling inside.
  7. Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet and bake according to package directions, usually about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
