Delicious bite-sized appetizers that combine roasted jalapeños, creamy brie, blueberries, and a drizzle of honey for a sweet and savory explosion of flavors.

Ingredients

  • Jalapeños
  • Brie cheese
  • Blueberries
  • Bacon (optional)
  • Honey
  • Cream cheese
  • Almonds or pecans (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by cutting in half lengthwise and removing seeds.
  3. Mix together cream cheese, diced brie, blueberries, and chopped bacon (if using) in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the creamy mixture and drizzle honey on top.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and place the stuffed jalapeños on it, drizzling with olive oil and sprinkling with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until tender and cheese is melted.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
