A delightful layered dessert featuring moist pound cake, luscious whipped cream, and fresh mixed berries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package pound cake, cubed
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Trifle Dish: In a large trifle dish, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
  2. Add the Mixed Berries: Top the cake layers with half of the mixed berries.
  3. Spread the Vanilla Pudding: Spoon half of the vanilla pudding over the berry layer.
  4. Add the Whipped Cream: Spread half of the whipped cream over that layer.
  5. Repeat the Layers: Repeat the layering process with the remaining pound cake cubes, berries, pudding, and whipped cream.
  6. Garnish the Trifle: Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top.
  7. Chill Before Serving: Refrigerate the trifle for a few hours before serving.

Notes
