A refreshing, creamy, and guilt-free frozen dessert made from ripe bananas, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas
  • Optional toppings: nuts, chocolate chips, fruit

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into even pieces.
  2. Freeze the banana slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for at least 2 hours.
  3. Blend the frozen slices in a food processor until creamy.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer dessert.
  5. Add optional toppings before serving.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the sweetest flavor. Don’t over-blend to avoid banana soup.
