  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup butter (cut into pats)
  • Chopped parsley (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork tenderloins.
  4. Place the seasoned pork tenderloins in a baking dish and top them with pats of butter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing, garnishing with chopped parsley if desired.
