Crispy and flavorful Baked Garlic Butter Potatoes that are easy to prepare and perfect as a side or main dish.

  • 2 pounds potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes if desired. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Toss the potatoes with the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Cut potatoes into even pieces for uniform cooking. For a vegan option, substitute butter with vegan margarine.
