Instructions

  2. Combine the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Create the Batter: Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

  5. Heat the Oil: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the Fritters: Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Drain and Cool: Remove fritters and drain on paper towels.
  8. Dust with Sugar: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
