Indulge in a rich and layered dessert featuring creamy Baileys-infused cheesecake, chocolate cake, and fresh berries.

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream, fresh
  • 0.5 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 package Chocolate Cake, store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Shavings
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating the softened cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add the Baileys Irish Cream and blend until combined. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  2. Assemble the layers by cutting the chocolate cake into small cubes. In a trifle dish or individual glasses, layer the cake cubes at the bottom.
  3. Add the creamy filling by spooning a generous layer of the Baileys cream cheese mixture over the cake cubes.
  4. Decorate with a handful of fresh berries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Repeat the layers of cake, cream, and berries until reaching the top.
  6. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
