  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan to prevent the brownies from sticking.
  2. Melt the butter over low heat in a medium saucepan.
  3. Remove the melted butter from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the butter mixture. Gently beat until combined.
  5. Pour the thick brownie batter into your prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Pour the Baileys Irish Cream over the brownie batter and swirl it in with a knife.
  7. Optional – scatter chocolate chips on top for added indulgence.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, keeping an eye to avoid overbaking.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
