Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour in the vodka and coffee liqueur.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Slowly pour the heavy cream or half-and-half over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top for garnish, if desired.
