Crispy bacon-wrapped eggrolls filled with a creamy, spicy jalapeño filling—perfect for gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 whole jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 sheets egg roll wrappers
  • 12 strips bacon
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Baking Sheet
  2. Mix the Filling
  3. Assemble the Egg Rolls
  4. Wrap with Bacon
  5. Brush with Oil & Bake
  6. Bake to Perfection
  7. Cool & Serve

Notes
