A creamy and vibrant pasta salad combining tri-color rotini, crispy bacon, and fresh vegetables, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 4.25-ounce can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and milk until smooth.
  3. Combine the cooled rotini with the dressing, stirring gently to coat the pasta.
  4. Add the chopped bacon, diced tomato, drained black olives, and shredded cheddar cheese, tossing to combine.
  5. Chill covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to enhance flavors.
