Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 6 slices genoa salami
  • 6 slices capicola or ham
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone or Italian cheese blend
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 10×14 inches.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border, and layer the genoa salami, capicola, and pepperoni evenly, followed by the mozzarella and provolone cheese.
  4. Roll the dough starting from the longer side, tucking in the sides, and pinch the seam to seal.
  5. Brush the top with the beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  7. Rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
