Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 6 slices genoa salami
  • 6 slices capicola or ham
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone or Italian cheese blend
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, rolling it into a rectangle about 10×14 inches.
  3. Layer the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border, then add the meats and cheeses.
  4. Roll the dough from the long side, tucking in the sides, and pinch the seam to seal.
  5. Brush the top with the beaten egg, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with pizza sauce or marinara.
