  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat until it shimmers.
