  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Combine apple filling: In a bowl, mix the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Assemble the egg rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, place about 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture in the center, then fold the edges over to seal.
  3. Heat the oil: In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until ready for frying.
  4. Fry to perfection: Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Drain and dust: Remove the cooked egg rolls and allow them to drain on paper towels, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm!
