Ingredients

  • Steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook the steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
