A quick and healthy air fryer salmon recipe that results in flaky, moist fish with a crispy exterior.

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Rub the fillets generously with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges, squeezing them over the salmon for added flavor.

Notes

For added heat, consider using cayenne pepper. You can also try different spices or toppings to customize the flavor.
