Delightful air fryer poached eggs with a runny yolk, perfect for topping on toast or salads.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Avocado (optional)
  • Toast (optional)
  • Greens (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Add a small amount of water to a bowl, enough to submerge the eggs.
  3. Crack the eggs carefully into the bowl.
  4. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the bowl in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove the bowl carefully from the air fryer.
  7. Lift the poached eggs out with a spoon.
  8. Serve the eggs on avocado toast, alongside greens, or however you prefer.

Notes

Use the freshest eggs for better shape. Adjust cooking time for yolk preference.
