Transform humble chickpeas into a crunchy, crispy snack that’s healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Toss the ingredients until the chickpeas are well coated.
  5. Arrange the chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
