Crispy and tender Air Fryer Cauliflower seasoned with garlic and paprika, perfect as a side dish or healthy snack.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
