Indulge in this creamy and sweet White Chocolate Caramel Fudge, with silky ribbons of melted caramel in every piece.

Ingredients

  • 680 g white baking chips
  • 396 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2.5 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 25 individually wrapped caramels
  • 1.5 tablespoons heavy cream (for caramel)

Instructions

  1. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  3. Melt the caramels with 1.5 tablespoons of heavy cream in a small microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  4. Fold three-quarters of the melted caramel into the white chocolate mixture.
  5. Transfer the fudge mixture to the baking dish, dollop with remaining caramel, and swirl with a knife.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into 25 pieces. Store refrigerated.

Notes

For easier slicing, dip the knife in hot water before cutting. Use quality ingredients for the best flavor.
