A refreshing and easy Watermelon Sorbet made with frozen watermelon and lime juice, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups frozen watermelon chunks
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Optional: Sweetener to taste (like honey or agave)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: 4 cups of frozen watermelon chunks and 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice. If you prefer a sweeter sorbet, don’t forget your sweetener, too!
  2. Place the frozen watermelon chunks in a blender. This is where the magic begins!
  3. Pour in the lime juice to brighten the flavor and add any sweetener you desire. If you’re unsure, start lightly; you can always adjust later!
  4. Turn on your blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You’ll want to pause a couple of times to scrape down the sides, ensuring all chunks are well blended.
  5. Take a quick taste! If you feel it needs a touch more sweetness, add your sweetener of choice and blend again briefly.
  6. Serve immediately for a soft sorbet that’s melt-in-your-mouth delicious. If you’re after a firmer texture, transfer into an airtight container and freeze for a couple of hours.

Notes

Your sorbet can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. If it hardens, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
